Shauna, also known as Khandro Dechen (Sky dancer of bliss) is a practitioner, teacher and healer on the path of awakening. She has for over 25 years studied many mystical traditions, cultures, and practiced various forms of meditation from Zen to Vajrayana Buddhism. She has spent several years studying, cultivating and accomplishing the yogic skills of mystic heat/ tumo through working with the subtle body and clear light meditations, under the guidance of her teachers.
As a teacher, she is known for her gift in helping her students actualize their innate potential through working with the system of energies of the body to awaken wisdom, joy and healing powers and is committed to supporting those who want to develop a vibrant spiritual practice and attaining transformational awareness.
Shauna is a gifted healer having studied and mastered many methods such as the traditional Tibetan system of chakras / pathways and traditional Japanese Reiki. As a Shaman and applying Himalayan methods, she acts as a “bridge” between the spiritual and physical planes to rid negativity in dwellings and people.
Her methods effectively reduce mental agitation, activation of spiritual connections, the negative impacts from premature kundalini activation, as well as, the physical pain from injuries, negative side effects from cancer treatment and help rejuvenate a sense of well being. She also has a working knowledge and application for the vibrational use of color, images and sound.
This meditation practice will allow for the safe unfolding of energy in the body through using breath, visuals and sacred mantra to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations are very powerful and will connect us to the energy needed to open our hearts to transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds. We can move beyond the stresses of anxiety and depression to experience clarity, hope and a more fulfilled and joyful existence.

This is an introduction to the process of Himalayan Subtle Body Yoga. With this simple method we connect to the inner landscape of the subtle body pathways such as channels, and movements of the winds that lead us to our inner force for transformation. This practice helps with nervous system regulation, supports our physical, mental, and emotional health and can lead to an elevated state of awareness. There are no physical yoga movements just the breath,some visuals, and an open awareness.
We will start by doing a clear body meditation, moving towards 9 breath purification's, continuing with protective Hums and lastly a balance through grounding.
Supportive practice materials may be provided for take home.

Inner heat subtle body meditation is where we work with the goddess and wind energy. We connect to the inner fire with visuals, breath and sacred mantra through the landscape of pathways ,chakras and drops that lead us to our inner force for transformation and elevated state of awareness. May include sound bliss immersion. Supportive practice materials will be provided for take home.

The 5 elements meditation is part of a Himalayan traditional way to purify the stagnant energy not only in the organs but the chakra centers and pathways to transform it as useful fuel to enhance health and spiritual experience. The ancient protective hum symbol allows for us to connect to the protective element by drawing the winds into the central channel, then connecting to each element of space, air, water, fire and earth in the body along with using the creative power of voice and vibration with seed syllables and sacred mantra. This is a wonderful practice for helping to clear negative energy and allow for better flow.
May include sound bliss immersion. Supportive practice materials will be provided for take home. 60 to 90 min
Learn how to connect and apply the Tibetan medicine practice Sangye Menla Medicine Buddha through visuals and breath with direct application. This is a powerful tool aiding us in healing our physical, emotional and mental health and aids in longevity. If you are a healer or energy practitioner this practice is very quick and will benefit you and those you work with tremendously.
You do not have to believe in any philosophy or know how to meditate, just the intent
to want to heal and learn how to receive the energy and use it. If you suffer from illness please come early to secure a spot. If you have been diagnosed with a terminal condition all healing's at the class or personal sessions are free.
