The Class:
Compassion Subtle Body Yoga Meditation & Sound Bliss will allow for the slow and safe unfolding of energy in the body through the use of visuals, mantra and light breath to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations are very powerful and will connect us to the energy needed to open our hearts and transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds.
After teachings, we will have a restorative sound bath with Certified Sacred Sound Therapist Kiyomi Zenutopia, check out her link below.

Full moon healing can help to reduce poor health, emotional and mental difficulties and increase and protect well being. Himalayan (see description in services) healing, benefits not only yourself but others. Pets are welcome to receive healing. If you are suffering from a terminal condition or have been diagnosed with cancer, our service is free to you.
What you can expect:
Email and request appointment......Answer a few health questions.
The healing appointment consists of laying comfortably while respectfully and gently touching points on body. Some mantra syllables will be recited along with bells(may be altered for pets) Treatment $65.00
